Report equal pay
SEMEP, in compliance with the provisions of Law No. 14,611 and MTE Ordinance No. 3,714, both from 2023, publishes the transparency and pay equality report.
We inform you that the report is prepared by government agencies and is based on the Brazilian Classification of Occupations (CBO), which is a standard for classifying professions in Brazil, so it does not reflect the reality for all our positions, since companies are not allowed to make any changes or even make any notes.
The data in the reports is anonymized in accordance with the General Personal Data Protection Law - LGPD 13 709/2018. The information was grouped by the Ministry of Labor and Employment according to the Major Groups of the CBO (Brazilian Classification of Occupations).
